Employee to Superviaor

When implementing or deploying AsureForce, there can be a need to set a number of employees to be Supervisors. The manual process of configuring Supervisors can be time-consuming and can become unwieldy when configuring a lot of Supervisors.

An automated process allows the system to assign default Supervisor settings to an employee already in the system. Setting the employee type to Supervisor and selecting "Save" initiates the process of assigning Supervisor settings.

  1. Navigate to the Access tab on an employee’s profile.
  2. Set the Employee Type to Supervisor and click Save. The system will apply the default Supervisor settings to the selected employee.
